Jen has three years experience in the Australian Recruitment industry, in roles involving candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, business development and account management. She is proficient in contractor management, including timesheet management, liaising with payroll and reporting. Originally from the UK, Jen recruited finance roles in London and was a Senior Account Executive in real estate for a number of years. Her corporate background includes customer service, reception and administration. Jen has a Master of Science with Honours in Innovation Creativity and Enterprise Management; her Bachelor degree (also with Honours) was in Agricultural Business Management.
